Where is Judge Meron to free a former Rwandan government minister, Augustin Ngirabatware convicted with 30 year prison sentence by TPIR for genocide against Tutsi.

Augustin Ngirabatware was convicted by TPIR as responsible of genocide against Tutsi in 1994 and condemned for 30 years prison sentence. As a former Rwandan government minister, he was inciting and aiding the criminels to commit genocide against Tutsi.
Following the release of other big genocide perprators by Judge Meron, Ngirabatware also want to be release but unfortunetly or fortunetly his case is being delayed because one of the judges involved has been detained by Turkish authorities.
At a hearing, his lawyer, Peter Robinson, argued that Ngirabatware should be released from custody until Turkish judge Aydin Sefa Akay is freed to take part in the case.
Akay was detained last year by Turkish authorities in the aftermath of the country's failed July 15 coup attempt.
Ankara has launched a sweeping purge of perceived followers of U.S.-based Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen, who denies the government's claim he masterminded the coup attempt.
Let us hope that Judge Meron will not dare to free another man who commited the crime of the crimes
