Vice President Inonge Wina in Kigali, says Zambia needs to learn from Rwanda’s success story on women empowerment. By ZNBC

Mrs Wina says the Lusaka City Council should also take a leaf on how authorities have managed to keep clean the capital Kigali.
The Vice President said this soon after arrival at Kigali International Airport on Tuesday night.
ZANIS reports that Mrs Wina is in Kigali, to attend the Transform Africa Summit 2017 which starts today.
Ms Wina noted that Rwanda is also a good example in the promotion of women in decision making position as they have about 40 per cent of women in Cabinet and over 60 per cent of women in Parliament.
And Rwanda’s Minister of Gender briefed the Vice President of what is in stock for her and the Zambian delegation at the summit.
Rwanda’s Minister of Gender and Family Promotion Esperance Nyirasafari said the Vice President will take part in the round table discussion in the area of women empowerment and its contribution to national economic growth.
