The Head of State spoke when he received General James Kabarebe, Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s Special Envoy and Minister of State for Regional Integration in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State House Nairobi.

President Ruto said during the meeting the two reaffirmed the strong and growing ties between the two nations.

The President further said their discussions covered a wide range of bilateral and regional issues, with a shared commitment to strengthening cooperation in peace and security, trade, and regional integration.
